You can send a substitute in your place Confirm your cancellation in writing (letter) 2 weeks before the conference and receive a refund less 10%+( 5% GST) service charges. Should you cancel 1 week before the conference then you will receive a refund less 50% + ( 5% )  service charge. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellation received less than one week prior to the conference.
